Booking Conditions

Your booking will be confirmed after payment of a deposit amounting to 25% of the total cost of your holiday. 
The balance is due one month before arrival.

Article XXX - LITIGATION - CONSUMER MEDIATION
In the event of a dispute between the Client and the company, the latter will endeavour to resolve it amicably (the Client will send a written complaint to the Seller). In the absence of an amicable agreement or in the absence of a response from the professional within a reasonable period of one month, the Consumer Client within the meaning of Article L.133-4 of the Consumer Code has the possibility to refer the matter free of charge, if a disagreement remains, to the competent mediator registered on the list of mediators established by the Commission for the Evaluation and Control of Consumer Mediation pursuant to Article L.615-1 of the Consumer Code, namely ; La Société Médiation Professionnelle - www.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr - 24 rue Albert de Mun - 33000 Bordeaux
