Your booking will be confirmed after payment of a deposit amounting to 25% of the total cost of your holiday.
The balance is due one month before arrival.
Article XXX - LITIGATION - CONSUMER MEDIATION
In the event of a dispute between the Client and the company, the latter will endeavour to resolve it amicably (the Client will send a written complaint to the Seller).
